Product Overview
Metallized BOPP film is biaxially oriented polypropylene with thin metal coating for barrier packaging with premium metallic look.
Core Features
Superior oxygen & moisture barrier keeps packaged goods fresh for long shelf life.
Visual & Mechanical Benefits
High gloss reflective surface upgrades packaging visuals, alongside sturdy tensile and anti-tear mechanical performance.
Processing & Eco Performance
Great heat tolerance adapts to diverse packaging temperature processes, featuring competitive cost advantages versus alternative metallized packaging substrates.
Metallized BOPP film is biaxially oriented polypropylene base film deposited with an ultra-thin metallic layer (aluminum is the most common material) on one side to enhance comprehensive material performance. According to different packaging usage demands, the reverse side of the film can be customized with heat-sealable function for flexible composite packaging processing.
This packaging material features brilliant metallic luster, high surface gloss, outstanding tear resistance, flame retardancy, wear resistance, excellent printing adaptability and waterproof performance. As a mainstream outer layer material for composite packaging films, it is widely applied in the packaging fields of food, tobacco, electronic components, daily chemical supplies and medical consumables.
Thanks to its superior barrier performance, metallized BOPP film can effectively isolate oxygen and water vapor to extend product shelf life and preserve original freshness. Its high gloss and light reflection characteristic greatly upgrade the visual attractiveness of packaged goods. Reliable mechanical strength and heat resistance enable the film to cope with diverse packaging processes and complex storage and transportation environments.
Our metallized BOPP products strictly comply with food safety standards and have obtained authoritative certifications including FDA, RoHS, REACH and SGS. We are able to supply relevant certification documents and material safety specification reports to global clients upon formal application, delivering stable, high-performance customized film packaging solutions for worldwide packaging enterprises.
