Our retortable CPP (RCPP) cast polypropylene film is a high-performance packaging material specially developed for high-temperature steam sterilization scenarios. We supply two mainstream product grades: semi-retort type resistant up to 120°C and high-temperature retort grade that can withstand extreme temperatures as high as 135°C to meet diverse sterilization process demands.

This series of films maintains stable sealing strength and excellent dimensional stability throughout both heating and cooling cycles of retort treatment. Usually applied as the inner heat-sealing layer of composite structures, it can be laminated with PET, BOPA nylon or aluminum foil. Widely adopted structures include PET/AL/RCPP, PET/NY/RCPP and PET/NY/AL/RCPP, ideal for ready meals, soups, sauces, pet food and various goods requiring long shelf-life storage. We also provide regular PET CPP films for conventional hot filling and room-temperature packaging without high-temperature sterilization needs.

Beyond food packaging fields, our RCPP material is well-suited for medical flexible packaging requiring sterilization, such as sealed pouches for surgical instruments, diagnostic kits and other medical devices that undergo steam or hot water disinfection processes.
