Heat sealable BOPP film is manufactured from biaxially oriented polypropylene, a widely used versatile packaging material famous for outstanding thermal sealing performance. When heated, the material forms tight, stable sealing edges to fully guarantee the integrity of packaged goods during storage, transportation and daily use.
Our high-performance heat sealable plastic film features excellent hot-slip property, enabling packaging machines to run at maximum production speed under high-temperature operating conditions. It balances high production efficiency with stable sealing quality, effectively avoiding sealing failure, material sticking and other common processing defects in high-speed packaging lines. Though the raw BOPP film has low surface energy, corona surface treatment greatly improves its printing adaptability. Clear, delicate overprinting patterns can be realized on the film surface, making it an ideal surface layer material for composite packaging films.
We supply both single-sided and double-sided heat sealable BOPP films. Single-sided sealable types fit conventional vertical and horizontal packaging bags, featuring high sealing strength, high gloss and excellent transparency. With good barrier and tear-resistant performance, it complies with food safety standards, widely applied to disposable tableware, dried seafood, vacuum grains, herbal ingredients and mask packaging.
