Core Features
High-gloss BOPP polypropylene film delivers premium clarity for printing, lamination and retail overwrap packaging.
Product Overview
This rigid packaging substrate boosts retail shelf appeal, perfectly fitting high-speed wrapping and industrial lamination production lines.
Visual & Mechanical Benefits
Ultra-low haze ensures flawless high-definition printing, paired with stable tensile strength for steady high-speed machine operation.
Processing & Eco Performance
Corona-treated surface bonds well with all mainstream inks, available in custom thicknesses and food-safe grades for worldwide export use.
Our BOPP gloss film is a highly transparent, high-gloss biaxially oriented polypropylene film, widely adopted as the outer web or printing substrate in flexible packaging constructions. The biaxial orientation process imparts an excellent combination of optical clarity, surface gloss, dimensional stability, and robust mechanical performance.
The film features a smooth surface with an effective corona treatment, ensuring strong anchorage for inks and adhesives across gravure, flexographic, and digital printing platforms. This versatility allows it to perform effectively either as a standalone mono-web for simple overwrap applications, or as a lamination layer in multi-material structures—such as BOPP gloss / CPP, BOPP gloss / PE, and BOPP gloss / metallized BOPP.
Typical end-use applications span a broad range, including flow-wrap packaging for snacks and confectionery, outer wrapping for tissue and cartons, label face stock, lamination for magazine covers and book jackets, as well as tape backing film. When combined with metallized, matte, heat-sealable, or high-barrier coatings, our gloss film offers packaging designers a flexible tool to balance aesthetics, barrier performance, cost efficiency, and recyclability in line with modern sustainability goals.
As a manufacturer based in China, we place strong emphasis on production consistency, precise thickness control, and tailored slitting services to meet diverse customer specifications. We are committed to supporting converters and brand owners with complimentary samples, comprehensive technical data sheets, and prompt export logistics via Qingdao Port—ensuring a smooth and reliable supply chain from sample request to bulk delivery.
